Country music thread

I wandered into a part of the cemetery with Federal unidentified graves. Boss lady asked why I paused, the little flag had blown over so I folded It properly ans gave a salute . Unknown Union Soldier.

I can’t fathom who the other two are going to be at this point
Tried to wait until I saw all three options but, if I'm honest with myself, there was probably not going to be anyone announced that was going to move the needle for me more than Lucero. They may not be in as heavy of a rotation for me as they once were but they're probably the most important band for my entire music catalog of today.

When I bought my first place in my mid 20's I don't know how many times I would go get drunk at the bars over near the old Zia's, bring people back to the house to keep the party going but throwing on "Dreaming In America" because a) I didn't want to pay for cable and b) tried to convert everyone to start listening to them. Don't even think I could count how many bands/acts I listen to now because of Lucero, AA included. So made it officially, official this morning and got my ticket for Thursday night.

We moved the soundbar to the deck bc drunk and someone yelled "Good Bye ****er I'm gone" while Crazy Eddie played. Win.

This is a pretty cool “review”

Glad to know the cover is actually textured like I thought it would be. Not sure when I’ll be able to get one, just a little out of the range I wanted, which I definitely understand why.

I like it, don’t love it. The third disc is trash, however. I understand those who are disappointed, but finally having a studio version of “take my hounds to heaven” is enough for me to give it up a thumbs up. Interested to hear from people at the Kentucky Rising show. I’m sure it’ll be a big topic of discussion.

I really like the “Hallelujah” and “Jubilee” versions. Maybe it’s just me, but I didn’t really feel a huge difference between the two.

The “Joyful Noise” version was pointless.

Feels like he should’ve just released one really good album.

“But all the scores of unlocked doors I lost myself in front of, it seems I’m always rescued in the end… and if I’m found in front of yours with a broken heart and nothing more, would you open up that door and let me in? Would you open that door and let me in???”

Just take my money Mr Fullbright.
