Worth noting: while the Anthem is easily my second favorite DC venue, at around 6k capacity, it’s considerably smaller than CapOne

Never been before. As long as I get a ticket, smaller the better

I'm very much a show goer being a career bachelor (until fall anyway) but I don't know that I've had so many good shows in one summer within 90 minutes

Dallas, you should make Road Trip a date for sure. @NochNoch goes all out on Tough Folks and @volfanbill goes hard on BFD 3 nights straight despite not taking a bumper in the bathroom. 3 nights of vocal chord destroying awesomeness and then drinking til 3 at Slim's

I feel bad for people who think concerts only happen at TBA or the like. And honestly most of the population believes that's how it goes.

I love it for the band members who make the music I love when they grow into bigger and bigger venues and increase their bank accounts but most of the best shows I’ve ever been to have been in places ranging between a 9:30 Club size on the high end and all the way down to places where I can stretch my arms out to either side and almost touching both walls.

Even if one of my favorite bands grew to the level of playing huge stadium shows, I’d be happy for them but I honestly don’t think I’d go see them.
