I sure hope the team don't have the fans attitude. I am hoping the team is thinking, no, knowing that they are going to win. A winning attitude is contagious, so is a losing. I have my orange tinted glasses on, we gonna whip dey azz!

Sup? Every week I think we have a chance to win. Its part of being a fan.

You can complain all you want, we're 4 games into Butch Jones' tenure and people are already jumping ship. I can't wait until all the rats are gone; I've been waiting for the last 5, tough years for people to stop whining and get behind the team, I suppose I can wait out another season.

Its not to say I'm not expecting to be disappointed, but my glasses are orange tinted until the end of each game.

I fly my flags and wear my orange even more after a loss. To say that "We are here to stay, even through the tough times. There's more to being a Tennessee Volunteer than winning or losing one game."

I will root for Tennessee every week no matter what. Realistically though if you gave me Tennessee and a 40 point cushion I wouldn't put more then a 20 down. I know an impending curb stomping when I see it. Barring Dobbs or Ferg strutting out as the next Jonathan Paul Manziel......or Worley getting a hold of John Smoltz's sports psychologist.....we're headed for a old fashioned azz kickin.

No but you really think Wyoming would have won had Fulmer not been fired that week?

We were not exactly a top team that year i remember having to win those last 3 games to make a bowl. Wyoming could very well have won with out the loss of Fulmer that year.We got spoiled on the 90's and early 00' we were to blinded with pride to see our beloved team for what it really was.

Hmmm....we are catching them off an emotional win with Gurley injured....I like our chances better than if they had lost.

With them struggling to run the ball against us with a gimpy Gurley all we have to do is shut down their passing game with our experienced secondary....oh wait....nevermind....

Wyoming came into that game 3-6. They were terrible.

We beat Knowshon & Staffords bunch as well as David's Greene & Pollacks bunch. Both much better than Murrays squad. Granted our crew isnt as good as those Vol teams but in Neyland against Richt we can play them toe to toe.

I get your point! But Greene never lost to the vols! I remember this because I really didn't like that guy, and we couldn't beat him!

Improvement comes on a curve that is exponential. The more a team has to improve... the greater the strides may appear to be. The less capacity for improvement remains... the less apparent improvement is.

UT is still on the steep part of the curve. It is very difficult to know really how much better they can become by improvements taking hold that have been worked on for weeks now.

It is very possible for UT to "shock the world" in one of these games. It will mean a great deal if R Jones and Williams get PT at CB this week. I appreciate Toney and Max... but UT needs guys who can run.
