I....I am impressed. dude looked like he could work the action and everything. I would be interested to see his accuracy or if he could keep control of the gun after firing. idk maybe its a .22 without any recoil. but after watching his handling in that video I wouldn't have put it to the test.

Bond revoked for former Tipton County teacher charged with rape after new evidence presented​

TIPTON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tipton County teacher charged with raping a 12-year-old former student will remain in jail after a judge revoked her bond on Monday.

Alissa McCommon was arrested on Sept. 8, released on bond, and arrested again after officers say she contacted the victim and threatened him not to testify.

McCommon entered Tipton County General Sessions Court on Monday for a preliminary hearing after the teacher was rearrested for violating conditions of her bond.

New evidence presented raised questions about whether the victim was 12 or 13 years old at the time of the alleged incident.


“That’s the basis of the rape of a child charge, would be based on the age of the victim. That was the proof that was presented today as far as that being the age at the time of the offense,” said District Attorney General Mark Davidson.

McCommon’s charges were upgraded to aggravated stalking, harassment and coercion after she contacted the victim by Trac phone on more than one occasion, even telling the victim she is pregnant with his child.

New Orleans teen John Honore is Found Guilty of Murdering Grandmother Linda Frickey who was dragged from car in violent hijacking​

A New Orleans teenager has been found guilty of murdering grandmother Linda Frickey who had one of her arms torn off in a violent carjacking in March last year.

It took a jury less than four hours to convict Honore on Monday. He now faces a mandatory life sentence on a charge of second degree murder.

His accomplices were all given plea deals for manslaughter and were jailed for 20 years.

Prosecutors refused to give Honore a plea deal.

The Rapper Kodak Black has been arrested on drug charges almost three years after then-President Donald Trump pardoned him and commuted his prison sentence.

The Tunnel Vision rapper - whose real name is Bill Kapri - was arrested in Florida, near Fort Lauderdale, on Wednesday.

Police reportedly stopped the 26-year-old's purple SUV going over the speed limit through Plantation and then detected a marijuana smell coming from the vehicle.

They searched the car and found a clear bag containing white tablets, which was later identified as oxycodone and almost $75,000 in cash.

It comes three years after Trump pardoned the rapper in January 2021 - he had pleaded guilty to firearms charges and was meant to be imprisoned until November 2022.

Sen. Kevin Cramer’s (R-N.D.) son was charged with manslaughter Thursday after he killed a North Dakota sheriff’s deputy in a car wreck Wednesday evening, according to local police.

Police said Ian Cramer, 42, crashed his family’s SUV that was reported stolen into a police cruiser following an hourlong chase, killing the sheriff’s deputy standing behind the vehicle.

The younger Cramer was charged with manslaughter, fleeing a police officer and reckless endangerment, as well as a misdemeanor count of driving with a suspended license, court records show. His first court appearance is scheduled for Friday.

The deputy, Paul Martin, was outside his patrol car to deploy a tire deflation device to end the pursuit when he was killed, police said.

that could 100% be the case, just seems weird.

It does read weird but doesn't necessarily have to be in any particular order if it's just a list. "Usually" mutilated is used to describe something postmortem but even that doesn't have to be the case. (though a pretty awful thing to ponder)
