Moment Detroit woman, 20, 'knocks out female Kroger worker, 49,' in front of her one-year-old daughter​


A 20-year-old Detroit mother allegedly punched and knocked out a female Kroger worker as her one-year-old child watched from a shopping cart.

Shelby Parham, from Detroit, Michigan, has been accused of attacking a 49-year-old Kroger worker who lost consciousness and suffered a head injury after the assault.

The wild beating was captured on nearby security cameras at a Kroger in St. Clair Shores on Tuesday.

In the video, Parham can be seen walking up to the unnamed clerk and punching her in the face, sending her flat to the ground, while her one-year-old baby witnessed the incident from a shopping cart.

Parham has been charged with aggravated assault on Wednesday and was released on a $1,000 bond.

Suspected serial shoplifter captured after dropping phone during theft in Green Hills​


NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A woman accused of being involved in several thefts at the Mall at Green Hills has been taken into custody, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.

The arrest stems from an incident in July where four women allegedly ran out of Dillard’s with more than $7,000 worth of purses.

The suspect who allegedly stabbed a Catholic priest to death in a small Nebraska community has been identified.

Kierre L. Williams, 43, of Sioux County, Iowa, was arrested for killing Rev. Stephen Gutgsell, 65, during an invasion at the rectory of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, police said.

Williams was charged with homicide and use of a weapon to commit a felony, the Washington County Sheriff announced.

Muslim family is Arrested after Slashing Teenage Son For Converting To Christianity: Cops found the boy 'trembling and wide eyed' after mom, dad and brother punched him and spat in his face​


A Muslim family was arrested in Nashville after a juvenile victim told law enforcement authorities that his parents and brother physically attacked him for converting to Christianity.

The minor was punched in the face and spat at by his father Nick Kadum, 57, mother Rawaa Khawaji, 46, and brother John Kadum, 29, according to the warrant. The boy had also been 'cut haphazardly' with lumps on his face.

The mother, Khawaji, has also been accused of cutting one of the boy's hands with a knife.

The young man had reportedly been told by his family to renounce his Christianity and recommit himself to Islam.

They don't really have any other cards to play so they go with this and hope it somehow helps. I'm guessing it's not going to work out well for them.

One thing I am not sure about is what about the other victim? what I read is this guy stepped in to protect someone else, and that caused them to gang up on him. who was this other victim? that may also ruin their defense.

Virginia Mom whose six year-old son Shot His Teacher is BANNED from Contacting Him Until He's 18, as She's Sentenced To An Additional Two Years In Prison​


The Virginia mother of a six-year-old boy who shot his teacher with her gun has been banned from contacting her child until he turns 18, a judge ruled on Friday.

Deja Nicole Taylor, 25, has also been sentenced to two further years in prison for felony child neglect after her son shot his first-grade teacher Abigail Zwerner, 26, in her Newport News classroom in January.

The Newport News Circuit judge sentenced Taylor to five years in total, with three years suspended.

Taylor previously pled guilty to using marijuana while owning a gun and was sentenced to 21 months in federal prison in November on felony gun charges.

As part of that plea deal, local prosecutors agreed to drop a misdemeanor count of recklessly storing a firearm.

'Hero' Texas teen drove friends to safety after being Shot In Heart During Road-Rage Incident​


A Texas teen is being honored as a "hero" after she was killed in a "senseless" road-rage shooting in Houston as she was driving to watch the sunrise with her friends.

Louise Jean Wilson, 17, of Whitney, was fatally shot Dec. 10 while driving on I-45 around 1 a.m., Chief Troy Finner said during a press conference this week.

Houston homicide Det. Caleb Bowling said Wilson was driving toward Galveston with two male friends from Whitney when she moved into the right lane and unintentionally cut off the suspect vehicle. The suspect driver, described as a Black male in his 20s driving a black sedan, allegedly accelerated and "overtook" Wilson's vehicle on the driver's side before he began firing.

LA Plastic Surgeon Dubbed 'Mr Laguna' is hit with Slew of Allegations by Patients over 'Botched Jobs That Left One Woman Dead' - as Others say they were Filmed NAKED and Unconscious Without Their Permission​


A Los Angeles plastic surgeon who dubbed himself 'Mr Laguna' has been hit with a series of scathing accusations by patients who claim his work left them with scars and life-threatening infections - while some believe they were filmed naked while unconscious.

Dr. Arian Mowlavi promised hourglass figures and perfect 'pop' butts at his Laguna Beach plastic surgery clinic. He even described himself as 'one of the top body sculptors around the world,' in his book, High Definition Liposuction.

The UC Berkeley graduate, who has over 80,000 followers on Instagram, is facing a slew of accusations - from negligence to botched jobs - from dozens of patients, backed up by former staff who reported his concerning behavior in the practice.

Dozens of his former patients now allege, in a total of five malpractice lawsuits, that he was conducting botched surgeries, leaving them with unexpected scars and infections, and also recorded them while unconscious without their consent.

Mowlavi would allegedly make women strip completely nude for examinations, before touching their bodies without permission.

In December 2021, more than 30 patients filed a class action lawsuit against Mowlavi - claiming that some were left with life-threatening infections and permanent altercations, some made without their consent.

One woman, identified in the class action lawsuit as B.C, claims she went to Mowlavi for a breast lift and a mini tummy tuck - but the doctor started talking about her labia, saying: 'Doesn't that bother you? We are just going to cut the lips and stitch it up.'

One 60-year-old woman, who had an appointment with the doctor in November 2020, told the Daily Beast that he pressured her to get more procedures done when all she wanted was lipo under her bra line.

She was left in excruciating pain after the procedure - and she collapsed days later. The woman was experiencing multi-system organ failure in her kidneys, liver, lungs, and heart.


Another victim, who is identified in legal filings as C.S.J., suffered a collapsed lung and required hospitalization after her surgery with Mowlavi. One 16-year-old girl was left with severe burns - while three other women developed MRSA, the suit said.

She claimed that Mowlavi had made her to 'get naked' for examination and 'aggressively' grabbed her body without permission in 2021. She said she was left with a hip-to-hip scar.

California Medical Board has accused the doctor, who charges tens of thousands of dollars for procedures, of not even performing some of them himself. They claim Mowlavi had unlicensed technicians do some liposuctions for him.

Court documents claim that two unlicensed technicians performed liposuction on a patient, Irlanda Swarthout, in 2018. She passed out five hours after the procedure, and was later found unresponsive at her Orange County home.

She was rushed to the emergency room, and died two days later. According to the board, her cause of death was internal bleeding that caused her heart to stop, cutting off oxygen to her brain.

In the class action suit, one woman identified as K.M said that neither Mowlavi nor his staff ever told her about being photographed or filmed. But she found her before and after-surgery body plastered over his social media afterward.

Mowlavi recorded her, saying 'this woman had no magic, no pop, had a square masculine shape,' before showing her transformation. She said she did not consent to being filmed, 'much less be insulted,' the suit claims.

Plastered all over his Instagram stories are his patients' bodies - who are still lying on operation beds, with procedure scars, heads covered, and arms sprawled out while under anesthesia and unconscious.

One sales representative who used to work for the doctor said she saw Mowlavi call a patient 'so hot,' and then slap her butt twice while she was under anesthesia.

A registered nurse who worked briefly at Mowlavi's clinic said in court documents that he saw Mowlavi 'rip out [a patient's breathing] tube and throw it across the room' during surgery because he was frustrated with the patient.

Soros-Backed District Attorney under fire for Releasing Man With SEVEN DUIs Charged In the Death Of Two​


A man who committed his seventh DUI, and is charged as involved in the death of two people, has been released after his charges and bond were reduced, sparking outrage against Jose Garza, the Soros-funded district attorney overseeing Travis County, Texas.

Roberto Rangel, 52, allegedly pulled out of a Chick-fil-A parking lot and parked his car sideways on the road in the middle of the night last December. A motorcycle slammed into Rangel’s vehicle, killing both Kate Garcia, 22, and Mark Narvaez, 23.

Earlier this year, Rangel’s charge was reduced from a DUI to a DWI, his bond dropped from $100,000 to $10,000, and his requirement to carry a portable alcohol monitor was removed.

Before the tragedy last December, Rangel was charged with a DWI six other times dating back to 1989, when he was 17 years old.
