The Georgia teen hospitalized and intubated in the ICU after a brutal 'hazing' last week had been victimized by his same alleged attackers before.

A police report obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, lays bare the full horror of 19-year-old Trent Lehrkamp's alleged assault during a spring break house party at Saint Simon's Island.

And it reveals that the former student of Glynn Academy High School in Brunswick, had been tortured and humiliated by the same group at least twice before over the past month and ended up in the emergency room on at least one prior occasion.

Suspect Accused of Stabbing Rand Paul Staffer Was Freed from Prison Early Thanks to GOP-Backed ‘First Step Act’

The suspect accused of brutally stabbing a staffer for Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) in Washington, DC, had been released early from prison thanks to the “First Step Act,” which was approved by the then-Republican-controlled Congress in 2018 and signed into law by former President Donald Trump.

Todd is currently recovering from the stabbing attack, which left him with deep wounds to his head and abdomen, spurring a skull fracture and collapsed lung, according to his family.

The day before the stabbing attack, Neal was released early from federal prison in Maryland — earning “good time credit” under the First Step Act, which was championed in 2018 by the majority of House and Senate Republicans, including Paul, and signed into law by Trump.

haven't run the #s but I suspect the decline in violent crime in the 90s and 00s correlates strongly with the tougher incarceration laws.

unfortunately the tougher incarceration laws scooped up a ton of non-violent offenders and sowed socio-economic seeds of fatherless societal groups

per usual, we overreacted and CJ reform has treated violent and non-violent offenders as one and we see violent crime on the rise.

seems pretty simple to reform CJ for non-violent offenders (primarily drug-related) and revert back to tough enforcement for violent criminals but D's generally push for CJ reform for all and R's think drug users are violent offenders.
I understood that the drop in crime then was tied to boomers aging past their peak criminal years. Of course there could have other reasons too.

What's this!? No swarming, throwing him to the ground, knees on the back and neck, calling him derogatory names, punching and kicking him?? None of that? Must be due to his epidermis paint job. Shermin-Williams is a darn good brand.
As a Tennessean, though, I'd have preferred he used Warren Paint & Color.

San Francisco Demands Federal Assistance to Tackle Violent Crime, Open Air Drug Dens

"Breed cut $120 million from the budgets of both San Francisco’s police and sheriff’s departments, which a department spokesperson warned at the time “could impact our ability to respond to emergencies.” She later reversed the decision, as levels of crime skyrocketed."

"Progressive Democrats have dominated San Francisco’s city government for the last 20 years, a time during which homelessness, drug abuse, the cost of living, and the city budget have skyrocketed.
As a succession of city governments have tacitly tolerated drug abuse and the crimes that go with that, a de facto thriving drug-based economy tragically plays out in the open on city streets every day. The city spends a small fortune each year collecting millions of used hypodermic needles from city streets and pays city workers about $185,000 annually to clean up feces from the sidewalks."

Now they want someone else to pay for their failures.

You thought a bunch of black people were robbing a target wearing shorts and tshirts in 40deg weather. You saw it on that useless Twitter account and couldn't post it on VN fast enough.

Log off, drink an Ensure, take a nap and leave Twitter to those who get it
Why does it matter when it happened and why are you so hung up on it?

Virginia teacher who was Shot by 6-year-old boy in classroom files $40MILLION Lawsuit against school and administrators who were told he had a gun but 'refused to let anyone search him'

The Virginia teacher who was shot in her classroom by a six-year-old boy has filed a $40 million lawsuit against the school, claiming administrators knew how dangerous he was but did nothing to protect her from him.

Abigail Zwerner, 25, was shot by the six-year-old boy - who has not been named publicly - on January 6 this year at Richneck Elementary Public School in Newport News, Virginia.

Two days earlier, the same boy had smashed her phone and called her a 'b***h.'

He was so troublesome that he'd been removed from the school a year earlier after trying to choke a different teacher, and was supposed to be chaperoned by a parent every day.

On January 6, he was dropped off at the school by his mother. He told other children that morning that he had a firearm in his backpack and staff were also told about it.

Rather than remove him from any classes, the school's administrators allowed him to be around other children and teachers.

They checked his backpack for a weapon, but he had already removed it and put it in his sweatshirt, according to Zwerner's lawsuit.

The vice principal then forbade any teachers from searching the boy himself, according to the lawsuit.

At 1.59pm, he pulled out the gun from his sweater and shot Zwerner in the chest. The bullet hit one of her hands first - which she says saved her life.

The USA has always been criminally bent, and that remains true to this day. Whether it is land lust raids on Native American villages and territories, lynching Blacks, repaying Mexico's kindness to White settlers by militarily taking NM, AZ, and California from them, Raping Chinese immigrant women, the Rosewood and Tulsa massacres, and now unprovoked attacks on Asian-Americans, and cops routinely killing Blacks for as trivial an offense as jaywalking. It has always been a country intent on violent crime and murder. So why be surprised the mess continues, nothing ever really did change. So we have bent people following the fine example of the history of the country.

Just wait until America gets the bill for all the reparations in SF and California.

We are animals and there will always be death and destruction because of it.

What’s really crazy is that some people believe the nonsense you just posted. This ignorant narrative that these issues are uniquely American

You're the one whp presumed human nature is uniquely Americans. Typical of a Republiar who MUST twist the slightest statement into something the size of the Andromeda Galaxy, just to denigrate someone else he happens to disagree with ideological. I'd pity you, except you'd very likely twist that into me a cobalt bomb in your basement as you slept. You Republiars are something else. What then can one say of you? Unsure am I that any modern term would be sufficient. Perhaps an archaic utterance can, thus, I say: Thy forward voice, now, is to speak well of evil falsehoods; thy backward voice is to utter foul misleading speeches solely to detract.
