1. I'm not much older than them.

2. I built and ran a site that covered recruiting for Tennessee. Part of my job was interviewing recruits. I gave it up because I didn't have the time to dedicate, but that doesn't change the communication I had with the 2014 prospects.

3. I didn't try to communicate with them first asking how the felt. They texted me expressing a concern they had, I relayed the message, that was it.

It was a group text, they were talking and messaged me. Like I said i didn't instigate anything, hadn't talked to any of them in over a week or two, that was just sent to me.

BTO you have to remind them that not all fans bash them. This forum is just a small sampling of the true fan base. We have good ones on here with just as many bad. They can't lump us all together, just as we don't lump them (players) all together!! If CCM is the coach we hope he can be he'll turn it around and I hope they give him time, but if not most will get behind the next guy. When CBP was here we heard some people here basing him also and his style. Guess it just goes with territory and faceless people behind a keyboard. Tell them to keep heads up and we'll keep supporting them!! Thanks for sharing different insight from players!! GBO

the op reminds me of people that supported dools even as he showed complete lack of focus leadership n recruiting ability...

BUT it was the fans faults for calling him out n saying he suxed.... come to find out 90% of vn was correct.. he suxed n so does ccm..

he is paid to win sec championships n make runs n ncaa tourney n so far he hasnt even sniff either... so yes fire him n tell the so called rwcruit that we fired him because we care about their future

Seems to me that the recruits should be glad that there are enough passionate fans to hold the players AND COACHES to high standards and expectations. If they don't expect the best from themselves and the coaches, there is always Alabama, Auburn, and USC jr. Now that's some fans that could care less about performance in basketball and one could play in oblivion with out fear of criticism.

Seriously though if that is players, they have to realize Big time college ball is going to come with criticism, it's just the nature of the beast. There are a few over the top people in here, but most of us just give our honest critique. You have to be able to handle that if you want to play big boy ball. IMO

I don't think BTO is making ish up. I do think these kids don't know what's best for them sometimes.
