He played better than I expected last week given the situation. I am interested to see what he does when he takes the majority of the snaps and starts the game.

This will be a tough game for him, hopefully he will just take his time in the pocket, and make some plays. Don't have to worry a lot about the protection. He will be alright, I think.

It isn't like this kid hasn't been around for almost two seasons. I don't see him folding like a cheap table just because he is playing in scary old Arkansas. He showed pretty good poise last weekend and he is a gamer. I wouldn't pencil in that W yet Arky fans.

He hasn't started a game period. But....he is a gamer and a fierce competitor. I expect him to lower the boom on an Arky defender early in the game just to shake the jitters.

Crompton will be ok, he doesn't seem like the type that gets intimidated..

You're not making any sense. Let me help you here. If he says..LSU's defense is still better anywhere than Arkansas...you don't say "YET they still beat you"...that makes no sense. Try this.."maybe not..but I'll bet our their D on the road isn't more than the 4 points better than our D at home..and last time I checked last weekend's scores..that'll be enough to beat you"

Also..by saying "guess so..looking at you guys score last week" and using that as a basis for "LSU's defense being better anywere than Arkansas'" implies that Arkansas would not have done as well against TN. Just a FYI..that's not what you want to say when you are trying to talk smack.

I understand it...you Hog fans are new at this talking smack thing and this rare chance to out-rank TN has your head all giddy. I'll just chalk these horrible attempts up to a lack of practice and give you another shot buddy...:eek:k:

We didn't need to use our passing game until last week. Ever heard of Darren McFadden and Felix Jones? Look at our stats from last week...pretty balanced.
