I read this as M’ba and Coach G didn’t see eye to eye on things.Jeffrey M'Ba Blog: No. 1 JUCO Prospect on Coaching Carousel, Mom in America with Decision Approaching
He wrote 5-6 paragraphs about Tennessee, only 2 about Mizzou, and no mention of AU here.. the way this reads, we're more threatened by Miami than anyone else, but who really knows
I hadn't seen this, I'd say it's overI read this as M’ba and Coach G didn’t see eye to eye on things.
I got to spend time with Coach (Rodney) Garner and learn about how he develops players. He has a good track record, but what I was looking to see was how I would fit in with them. For me, you can be the best coach in the world, but if I don't fit in with you, I am never going to be able to be what people expect me to be. That was an important thing to me to really focus on during the visit.

Well I wonder why he would bring it up without any type of affirmation. It's kind of like if something is good, you say so, but if it's bad you don't say anything at all.Why would you read it like that? All he did was explain why he wanted to talk to CRG.

I dunno I might be reading too much into it, but I think he only brings up the "how I would fit with them" statement to counteract Garners good reputation, and that he probably doesn't gel with him. Again, I'm just guessing.
