Classic balsamic. I can get good Olive oil and truffle, but it's not easy finding a good Balsamic. Don't know if that one is, that's why I'd go for it first. It'd be like a wine tasting. Lol.None yet. The Arbequina is always a favorite.
Gonna use the white truffle in the risotto tomorrow. It also has shallots in it.
I am looking forward to trying the White Champagne Balsamic, haven't had that one before.
What would you go for first?
