The 2 Walmarts, 2 Publix, DG, Fresh Mkt and Whole foods I frequent don't have the hot. I've never asked anyone at the stores but I've looked for the item tags at Walmart and Publix and none had one (that I've found).

I almost explained in my original post that I don't buy it often enough to look really hard for it, usually around Christmas when I want some stuffed Jalapeños but it's not a big deal because the peppers are hot enough anyway. But I though NGAF so I just left it as was.
