Okay, souce was right and Windy too. I was looking for a black garlic recipe idea and saw the picture below. It wasn't clear enough and I wanted you guys to guess so I looked for a better picture. Did not pay attention it wasn't black garlic salmon. My apologies to you both, Imma dumbass.

I posted that picture of the salm....I mean Cod, to try sparking a conversation about the black garlic. I wrote it down in a notebook back in 2011 when I first saw it on a top chef show. I had forgotten about it until I ran across my notes last month and finally got around to experimenting with and made some. Its pretty amazing.

You can buy it online and at Whole Foods. It comes whole, by the cloves and powder. I haven't tried the powder. Its expensive so that's why I decided to try to make some. It takes 2 weeks but its worth it.
 
Have done grilled salmon with a soy, brown sugar, garlic and lemon juice glaze that was amazing. I will often use tamari instead of soy.

I must admit, I had no idea wtf that was when you posted it. I knew it was fish, but no clue on what specific kind or the sauce. I back calculated that chit. First, I downloaded the image and then copied the file name. I then googled the chit outta the file name and it sent me to a pinterest page. From there, a link on the pinterest page sent me to the cod with miso sauce recipe. I really had no fawking idea.
