You have to sift through the first several pages to see where it's going, but the "What is ultimately at stake tomorrow" thread in the PF has some good/interesting stuff in it. I enjoyed where it went.

Your post on the first page ( "No matter who wins, our daily lives won't be affected much"), caused me to change my mind several times on whether I agreed or not. I agreed when I first read it, but then I thought about it.

Edit: I thought it was in that thread. It wasn't, it was in the Harris vs Trump thread.

Anyway, I've decided that I think i know what you mean and I get it, but I just can't agree with it. Someone quoted it and said they wish more people understood that. Not sure why.

Please explain to me what I should say in disagreeing with you. Lol. That's a Joke in case you missed it.

If you want to explain, you can can explain it right here. But the only thing I don't understand is why would anyone want more people to understand it?

The reason I ask is the ones that already understand it, understand it. The ones that don't, won't. Not in the way the others do. The way it should be understood.

I guess if "I wish more people understood their day to day lives aren't going to be affected much" means that they need to be more concerned with long term, I misunderstood.

I want a candidate who reduces size, spending, and power of federal govt. I want one who is not on the fringes of social issues. I want one who will propose and execute a competent immigration policy that takes into account patroling the border and not turning a blind eye to those already here.

One candidate might be slightly better than the other but neither fill any of those qualities...

I agree on it all, especially the last part. I'd vote for You before either of them if that was a choice.
