They had that with the bbq I had at Emory when my wife had her surgery. I tried it, nasty to me.

I think mustard base is South Carolina

I know the bbq sauce used around Ktown is to dam sweet. I like it on a rare rare rare occasion.

mustard, vinegar, molasses, honey, sugar, Worcestershire, and hot sauce. Its called SC Gold BBQ sauce on most labels

I dont care for eastern Carolina vinegar, but the mustard base wasn't bad imo. I don’t think the B*** style white is edible, but we know my opinion on mayo

Mayo? I like mayo but not on my bbq.

The worst bbq to ever cross my lips... in 1995, someone opened up a bbq joint in Fairbanks, AK. Their mantra was "Real Southern BBQ". Well, being the stoopithead I am, I headed on down there and got me some of that there REAL SOUTHERN BBQ.

Man that chit smelt good in the car during that 15 mile return trip to da house. Got home, mouth watering, and took that first bite. DEER LAWD! I got money, for every ounce of pork I bet they used an ounce of liquid smoke. That chit was AWFUL!

Seems we go through this every couple of years. Did a search and we pretty much do. Last time was in March of 2019. Mikey asked if anyone has heard of Al***** white bbq sauce. Before that it was Memphis Blues in 2017. DD on 2013. Lol.

I've never been. Would like to go but Spring is usually impossible for me to get away from work. I have been down there and had a slawburger outside the festival period though. No Ski but I was offered a Mellow Yellow IIRC.
