Absolutely no idea where to put this, so why not here:

Do any of the cooks here grow their own bay laurel? If so, is there a specific variety; do you over-winter it; do you plant in pots and move inside? Etc.

I’m already using fresh rosemary, thyme, chives, and oregano (and a few others), and I’m thinking of adding garlic and bay leaves to the mix.
