Souce needs tips on how to make good chili.
Smoked paprika, three types of chili powder, black pepper, white pepper, jalapeño powder, and a touch of cumin.

Squirrelly will call it chicken stew because I use ground chicken instead of ground beef. I think I brought it up here, but my recipe tastes like hot dog chili if you use ground beef
 
Yea, but don’t tell TFG or Behr, they’ll lose their sh**.

My sister makes a delicious white chicken chili. I try to replicate it, but I want it spicier and the spices I use give it a red hue
Preaching to the choir on the spicier. I already throw my hot sauce to every thing. I always wanted to try white chili when I used to like chicken. Never got around to it, but that time is past. Still am curious how it tastes. Need guinea pigs. 🙂

Where do you live again? I’ll try your white chicken chili if I ever find myself out that way

That’s just the way my mom always told me the way she cooked it when she was a diner cook, don’t see myself doing that, but you are always welcome to “slide your feet under the table and pass the food” as my grandfather used to say.
