David’s pizza here was best for 40 years. Covid shut down the place that made the crust. Struggling now to make their own
 
Local mom and pop places are obviously in a different league. Once you start talking about delivery pizza places they're pretty much all the same, mediocre pizza, but still pizza. I can eat them all. Imo if you start getting picky about which one of those places is best you're best off popping the collar, get in your Beamer and just go to a local joint and be done with it.

Never had Cici's.

Not Topsail, but I know perzactly what you're talking about. Shame someone didn't keep Mama Mia's going.
I thought her son would. He worked with her and thought he would after her car mishap. I talked to her often, anyone that had been there knew she was German, but she didn’t think German food would sell here. Thank goodness she had an Italian MIL.
