I've thought about my ginger tea being an excellent after exercise/walk during to treat cramps, but I don't have them anymore. Used to have them at night. Not saying it's because of the ginger tea, just sayin.Great after a long run or bike ride to avoid/treat cramps. Other than that it’s an overly excessive amount of salt
I started several things and stopped doing several things all within 4-5 days of each other. So I can't say it's definitely 1 thing, but I'm convinced that the ginger tea is doing what I want it to do or I wouldn't go through the trouble of making it every week.I’m anxious to try this out
Have you tried it with a sliced onion when you boil it? It doesn’t change the taste and there’s something in the onion that supposedly makes it even more healthierI think so. I look forward to it every morning and sometimes at night.
I mix my orange Metamucil with it in the mornings and it's like really good. Kinda like Tang with a kick.
