Welp. After I tell you that you won't find it anywhere because I looked everywhere.....

Not sure why she blends and boils it, but I like the idea of coconut water for the extra electrolytes, although I don't care for it. I might try aloe water instead. I stopped drinking it because I was drinking so much of it and it just got too expensive. But it might work for this.

Then again, I like it the way it is just fine.

Anyway.....

I still like the Kinders Cali blackening better on salmon, but I used the cayenne and lime blackening on a nice piece of Cod and it was excellent.

I still haven't tried the Cali...next time I see it available at Walmart I'll get a bottle.

I’m not sure that this is correct. There’s no farewell on her official Twitter site, and reviews of her new HBO bio mention that she is saying farewell to her fans to withdraw from public life. She’s had medical issues for sure.

Not posting this to snipe - I’m a huge fan and was upset to think we might be losing her, too. I hope not anyway. She deserves her final years of happiness.

I’m a huge fan also. Should have done my due diligence.

The world is about to lose a music icon. Sad sad sad. Love me some Tina Turner.

Tina Turner isn't dying, she's tired of reliving pain for fans

One thing I forgot to mention, don't forget the turmeric is like red wine, it'll stain pretty much anything.
Good to know. I need to go shopping.

In all your research and whatnot, have you looked into or tested alkaline water? The friend I stay with when I visit Tennessee have a filter thing for it and my roommate has started getting it while I’ve been away. I think the water has a better taste, but I’m not sold that it actually does anything for me.

I tried them all but not different brands. I tried Core and actually drank it for a couple of weeks because I liked the taste ....and the bottle. Haha. But after a while I decided it wasn't doing anything for me and I got to where I didn't like the taste.

I ended up deciding that the very best water for me was distilled. I buy it by the gallon.

I decided the extra 50 calories in the coconut water wasn't worth using it in my ginger tea.

I'm trying to get used to the chia seeds in my distilled water. In my opinion that's the ticket for me. Sometimes less is more.

Crazy, I hardly ever have issues with the mail. But all of a sudden I've got 3 different issues and it's pissing me off.

It took 2 weeks and a day for an $11 book to get from Oregon to Tampa and it's been in Tampa for 5 days. I sent an email to the post office and they responded quickly (about 3 hours) to say "your package is still in transit" and today they send me an email asking how they handled my issue.

Lol. Wut???

I know ...blah blah blah...

I will have to kill the two independent sources that told me she was about to go into hospice.

I hope she has another 81yrs left in her. That woman is gifted!

Interesting. I never drink the alkaline more than two weeks at a time when I go to TN, so maybe I would get tired of the taste too after awhile. Who knows. I have been doing chia seeds, water and lemon juice every day since I got back. Some add honey. I don’t.

Yeah I remember you said you did the chia seeds and water that's what made me decide to try it again. I still don't like the texture of it, but I'm tryin'. Lulz.

I'm thinking about putting 5 tablespoons in my ginger tea when I make it Friday. I put some in a bottle of water and left it for 3 days and it was fine. I don't see an issue with them expanding any more than they do after 20 minutes and I haven't seen anything saying it's not a good idea.

I’ve left them expanded in the fridge for a few days with no issues
