I made some pickled eggs last night. I can't wait until they're ready.🥚🥚🥚

Also, I don't care if you food snobs think they're nasty! 🖕🏻

O'Charley's house salad with ranch dressing paired with their rolls before a meal = 🤤

I have no clue what it consists of now, but it used to be lettuce chopped in 1 inch squares, sliced mushrooms, chopped boiled eggs, shredded cheddar jack cheese, bacon and croutons. It was excellent too!

I think there are no longer mushrooms in it.

When we went to Clearwater a couple of years ago there was an Italian place within walking distance of where we stayed. My buddy ordered a salad. It was 5 huge lettuce leafs and each one had a tomato, onion slice, cheese, and raw sardine. It was pretty if nothing else.

Was gonna add to my post that The ones I think are beyond nasty are the ones that include beets. :)

I used a simple recipe this time because I was short on ingredients. I usually add more spice to give them some heat.

Pickled Eggs with Beets
Do you eat them as a snack or how do you use them?

I keep boiled eggs in the fridge pretty much always. I eat one or two as breakfast and I like to slice one and out on my sammich. But that's just plain boiled, not that sick beet marinated bs.
