Sounds good. I love some scrambled eggs, and we always put the cheese even if nothing else. I always pour a tad of milk in mine. Idk if it actually does anything, but my grandma did it, and said it added a little fluff. Idk if that's true, but it reminds me of herWhat does everyone else do for there standard breakfast?
I usually do scrambled eggs and whatever I find to go in them.
Today it was banana peppers, mushrooms, green green olives and mixed shredded cheese. It sounds horrible but was actually pretty good
I love fried eggs over light. Nothing like sopping up a runny yolk with some toast or biscuits. I make a really good omelet too. The wife makes amazing sausage gravy, I always F it up.What does everyone else do for there standard breakfast?

Either Bob’s Red Mill Old World Muesli with 2% milk or toasted squirrel chow (whole wheat and seeds) bread with TJ’s crunchy natural peanut butter and sugar-free jam. Maybe a fried egg over toast once every couple of weeks. What does everyone else do for therr standard breakfast?

How many ounce per slice, what thickness and what ratio of wheat and seeds?Either Bob’s Red Mill Old World Muesli with 2% milk or toasted squirrel chow (whole wheat and seeds) bread with TJ’s crunchy natural peanut butter and sugar-free jam. Maybe a fried egg over toast once every couple of weeks.
Trying to avoid an official diagnosis of metabolic syndrome and the hell it brings. My labs were great until 4-5 years ago, when suddenly fasting glucose and LDL took off, with no change in diet. Grrr. Same thing happened to my skinny mountain-biking doctor; he says it’s genetics kicking in. Grrr.
(Blood glucose still too low for a diabetes diagnosis)
