Stop trying to stir chit. I’m tired of it. There’s been enough in this thread already.

I’m just saying that some of us here in the Zone take breaks occasionally. I’ve done it, Behr’s done it, Souce has done it, even ORB has done it while dealing with her insane workload. I know others have too, but my brain is tired. Maybe NorCal has when his minions drag him off to try out the latest yacht, I dunno.

People wander off. Most come back, especially those who have already gone on vacay before.

My watch told me today should be a rest day. It got big mayud when I mowed my yard. I didn’t even set it to be an exercise. But it’s supposed to recognize when I’m doing “increased activity”. So now instead of a 24 hour rest day, it wants me to rest for 51 hours. Gonna be so so mayud when I ride my bike tomorrow morning before my trip to Knoxville.

Wish I would’ve taken a picture of the paragraph it wrote out explaining I should rest more. This watch doesn’t know me very well obviously

Mine has an "auto detect workout " toggle. I have it turned off. I don't know if that's info you can use or not, but I'd be with that the way you are with audio guide.

I kinda like it, just needs to straighten it self out I think. Week one was very light because I was the only one working in our office. Hopefully when it figures out I’m fairly active (ain’t no Slice tho), it’ll give better training recommendations
