I was underwhelmed with the BBQ sketti. Sauce too sweet and overall needed more texture...
We agree on that. Too watery was the second thing I noticed. First thing was the sloppiness of whoever filled the bowl. If they don't care anymore than that I wouldn't expect much from the quality of the food. I bet their restrooms were nasty too. Lol.

Memphis BBQ Company has really good food (excluding the BBQ sketti) but it's not a well run restaurant. The attention to detail, setup, and presentation issues you noticed are some of the reasons why...

And my daughter changed plans 🤣. She's off, and is making homemade chicken fettuccine alfredo. She makes the sauce, it's pretty good. Guess I'll get my burger tomorrow.
GVG calls it fat girl sauce. Butter, cream, cream cheese, parmesan and garlic. Used to feed our kid's Lacrosse buddies from UT. One of the players would come over and sit at the stove and stir for GVG whenever she would make it. He's still a good family friend.
