If you’re doing runs/sprints/intervals, definitely do dynamic stretching first. You can start with static stretching, but get the legs and core engaged with dynamic stretching prior to going all outI'm pulling my frackin hair out. It's impossible for me to look at 1.8 trillion videos/articles suggesting warmup/stretching/workout/training/ etc. and decide which one suits me and my plan best. WTF????
Lol, it's ridiculous because they're all different and so many say "if you only do 1 do ....." and all of them are different. Lol.
