Culinary, Arts, Thread.

I'm pulling my frackin hair out. It's impossible for me to look at 1.8 trillion videos/articles suggesting warmup/stretching/workout/training/ etc. and decide which one suits me and my plan best. WTF????

Lol, it's ridiculous because they're all different and so many say "if you only do 1 do ....." and all of them are different. Lol.

Rant over.
If you’re doing runs/sprints/intervals, definitely do dynamic stretching first. You can start with static stretching, but get the legs and core engaged with dynamic stretching prior to going all out

Yeah I'm doing everything different. I know what I want and was looking to see what was suggested. Errthang is suggested. Lol.

I'm triggert about something else now. Sprints didn't work. Dude forgot a step. When I got out there this morning and got set...nothing. Anyway, long story short, I figured it out and it works great, BUT...since programming that I now get "suggested workout" on my calendar and don't know how to disable it. I went in to settings to turn it off and it's already off. FML. Lol.

Ready to make the Smoker plunge. Traeger, Masterbilt, Green Egg, ...? Charcoal, pellet?

Be gentle. I'm a virgin.

There is no wrong answer. I personally have a Masterbilt propane smoker. It has split doors so that you can add wood chips on the bottom without losing heat in the cooking box. Propane is nice because it is easy to maintain your heat. I want a good offset stick burner to go with it but mama said nyet for now, lol.

You still live with your mom? How old are yo...well, I guess that's irrelevant. Souce is in his 30's ( going on 12) and still lives with his mom.
