For ease of use and to produce top quality smoked meat you can't beat a pellet grill. I recommend either a traeger or a rec tec. Not sure on the second one but is supposedly a super upgrade from a traeger. The issue with wood and charcoal is constant monitoring. Green egg is just a super expensive charcoal grill. When I have to replace, it will be another pellet.Ready to make the Smoker plunge. Traeger, Masterbilt, Green Egg, ...? Charcoal, pellet?
