Come on over. I'm grilling chicken breasts and steak -- using Joe's recipes, so I hope you like your chicken breasts bland & dry and your steaks well done & smothered in A1. Oh and baked taters I started in the air fryer on Christmas Day 2021 .

My wife does something similar but uses pumpkin instead of carrot. It is damn good.

She prolly roasts the pumpkin with butter into a heavenly golden caramelized brown that screams umami like I do with carrots.
