I know not the time for the debates but its actually everyone throwing their thoughts and prayers at all of it instead of trying to fix the problem. Prayers ain't it. Action is. If its your God punishing children for our "rejection" than its up to us to make it better.

This. Just do something, anything. If it prevents one shooting, one innocent death it was worth it. Im to the point of f the constitution. People weren't shooting up schools in 1776.

I wanna know how he and others that say the same thing know prayers haven't helped.

All I'd get is some smart-ass cute answer like the other similar questions.

Anyway. Obviously if you don't believe prayer works your prayers won't.

You know what's driving me crazy now??? Lol.

Low Aerobic shortage. I even changed my heart rate zones to try to correct it. I felt like I was cheating so I researched Garmin and Google. Decided the default zones were right where mine should be. I just changed it last night and only had a short workout this morning so I hope maybe I get it straightened out this week.

I feel like mine have been off the past week. Went for a 27 mile bike ride yesterday on a mostly flat greenway, and it’s acting like I shouldn’t do anything till Friday to recover. But that’s a fairly normal ride for me.

but I also think my sleep has been wrong a couple times. It definitely seems I’ve been getting more REM sleep than it says. But I don’t know, it’s usually accurate

There’s no doubt in my mind I wouldn’t be here on this earth if it wasn’t for prayer during my battle with sepsis. The doctors worked hard to save my life but had thrown in the towel by telling my family I would not survive.

The power of prayer when it comes from a pure place can work miracles.

"Thoughts and prayers" as a political PR line don't have the same positive impact....

There’s no doubt in my mind I wouldn’t be here on this earth if it wasn’t for prayer during my battle with sepsis. The doctors worked hard to save my life but had thrown in the towel by telling my family I would not survive.
My transplant surgeon told me (months after the surgery) that he was surprised I made it. He didn't think I would.

Obviously I know what you mean. I know many that say it hardly ever actually pray, but it also shouldn't get under anyone's skin.

Mine have been outta wack since I was sick and are just now getting back to normal. My sleep has been off and when it is it messes up errthang. I think I figured out how to get a good night sleep. I tried some things to see how it effected my sleep (on the garmin) and it was crazy. Yesterday morning my score for Sunday nights sleep was 45. This morning it was 86. There's alot of info I'm leaving out but you'd be here all day reading it if I explained better.

I'll figure the low shortage aerobic thing out but it's got me right now.

After posting my response I got to thinking it might be because I got sick. I tried a new “recovery” drink after riding my bike and during the middle of the night I got nausea. Didn’t think a lot of it, thought it would pass. But here I am almost 30 hours later fighting it. I no longer think it was a bad reaction to the recovery drink. My body battery is at like 44 and my training readiness is literally 1. I don’t think either level is really that low, but I do think this stomach illness is screwing with the numbers and affecting me more than I realize

I'm telling you dude, I keep up with alot of info on an excel sheet everyday. I go through some changes naturally and then on purpose to try and understand what it all means and if it seems accurate and consistent.

I need the feeling of it being accurate and consistent whether it is or isn't.

At this point I'm as confident as I think I can be.

The heart beat sensor is the only thing I don't think is always accurate, but....I do feel confident that is consistently inconsistent enough for me to have confidence in it. If that makes sense.

I tried something this morning to improve my aerobic shortage issue but haven't looked at the results yet. I look forward to seeing if it made a difference.

It's snarkiness that comes from people who hate religion and 99% of it is from one side that I've seen. Obviously no one thinks asking people to pray for victims means other things also can't be done in conjunction to try to keep these things from happening. That's all I got to say
 
I think I figured it out. Maybe. Lol. I know it will make a difference but I'll have to see how much.

I had it set up to monitor it by % instead of heart beat per minute and also my max was set too high. I changed both. I'll go for a run later and see how big a difference that and my slower run makes. That should make a bigger difference.

What I did this morning made a good difference in my anaerobic but only a small difference in the low aerobic. It had a big impact on my high aerobic but I understand that.
