Cool. I just ordered a case. The one I have now is only 15 grams of protein. Same size, calories and sugars. Of course it's $8 cheaper but I'd rather have the extra protein. I got Cookies and cream.
Fairlife makes a good protein shake too. More sugar in it though.

Yeah it’s a routine, one premier protein shake with my morning meds.
Have you tried mixing it with ice cream? I’m sorry, I haven’t paid much attention to VN as a whole in a while. You’re like me, I can’t lose much more weight compared to my body frame. I’m in the mid 120 now against a 5’4’ height.

Adkins is the I have now and taste wise it's excellent, but the one H drinks has twice the protein. We'll see how good it is.
I drink the one H has and the Fairlife. I've pretty much gone back to premier due to the sugar content

Have you ever experimented with reducing the amount of water?

How Much Water Does Pasta Really Need? (Published 2009)

I had good results with reducing the amount by 1/3.

I also got exasperated with the length of time that it takes to boil water on a fast stove and ordered a countertop induction burner plate. Just arrived, but I haven’t tried it out yet. I hate heating up the kitchen for 20 minutes in summer for pasta, corn, etc.

No, I've always eyeballed it.
GVG won't let me cook the pasta. I use half as much water and a ton of salt. I don't salt much anything else with the meal but the salt give dried pasta a lot of flavor.

Olive Garden should be blowed up for not being 100% authentic eyetallian foods. Olive Garden is nothing but goodness in my books.

There's a blue rocking chair sitting in the sand
Weathered by the storms and well-oiled hands
It sways back and forth with the help of the winds
Seems to always be there, like an old trusted friend…
