On one of our Hurricane evacuations in 05, we stayed at some forgettable hotel in Trussville, Alabama. Across the street was an Applebee's and they had a great Cob Salad, imo.
That is my only interaction with an Applebee's.

Ruby Tuesdays in Niceville, Florida used to be our go to restaurant. Every other one we've ever dined at, the food and service, totally sucked.

RT is the first restaurant my wife and I ever went to together when we were dating.
Some RTs were good, some not. The one in Johnson City near ETSU for 3-4 years was good.

We took a back road to hall county because of where we dropped Zoey off. There was a couple set up outside the gas station smoking ribs and chicken, and we got a plate for early dinner. It was so good.

They had a cover charge. All you had to do was bump into a car with the alarm and the bouncer would come out and you could sneak in without needed an ID or paying the cover...
