had leftover Christmas turkey on Pepperidge Farm hogie buns....with a few mushrooms sauteed in olive oil.....baked sammiches in the oven (on convection) with some baby Swiss and added Hellman's mayo

This is my main goal for 25. Not to This extreme, but committed to a good plan to improve myself physically overall. This dude is inspiring. He didn't start until his 70's.

Does yer watch track your VO2 max? A guy I know that is heart doctor at Cleveland clinic claims it's the best indicator of heart health
