Metamucil is full of poison known as sugar. You can just get Psyllium Husks and add it to whatever and not have additive crap in it.I concentrate heavily on getting fiber on a daily basis. You probably already know but Imma share anyway.
Metamucil. 6g
Chia seeds. 8g = 2 tbsp. I put them in my morning metamucil. They're good on eggs because of texture. Put them on pretty much anything and mostly tasteless. Good for omega 3 too.
Black beans. 15g = cup.
Avocado. 10g = 1 whole.
An 8 oz glass of metamucil with Chia seeds and Black beans, avocado, eggs with Chia seeds in the morning will set you up for the day.
Navy beans. 19g = cup
Artichoke. 7g = 1
Blackberries. 8g = cup
Obviously there are many more good ones like lentils, but those are my favorites.

While on carno I'm even adding it to Bone Broth, so that I have tasty meaty savory fibre.
I love Avacado it's like the cool vegtable that is technically like from that family but hangs out with the cool kids Bacon and Steak, and has more in common with them then it's nerds back home.
