Not now. I'm good at abstaining, just lousy at moderation. I'm not eatin a damn carb until i lose more weight. I have kinda stalled after 20 pounds of loss ..... right now my body is pissing me off and showing me how hard headed it can be... I have stalled out as it's turning my protein into glucose, Gluconeogenesis or whatever, and my pancreas is failing to turn it off......so right now I'm a damn candy factory even though I'm only eating fat and protein....apparently the only solution is more fasting until pancreas gets it's chit together. Still I feel better and have more energy and muscle is building so.....there's that.
