I've been dealing with this for a couple of weeks now. Getting better sleep has its negatives. I don't really have a problem going to sleep, but all of a sudden I'm having a hard time getting up. I hit snooze 4 times this morning before finally getting out of bed.
And I love it!
This, This right here is why I started loving daylight savings. When my restaurant didn't get busy until everyone watched the sunset at the beach then went back to the hotel and showered, I welcomed a 4:30 sunset
I'm the opposite on sleep, usually. I have a hard time getting to sleep, unless I get up early, work all night, then lay down the next day.I brung them here so I wouldn't clutter the picture thread and trigger somebody.

6 months ago I fell asleep as soon as I hit the bed and couldn't wait to get out of bed at 4:45. But after whatever happened to me in June, it's all changed. Hopefully you get back adjusted. Night shift messes with my sleep schedule, especially if I work, off the next night, but gotta take Tiffany to the Dr first thing. I'm changing my routine. I'm gonna stop fighting getting up to go run and try running in the afternoon. It's the perfect time of the year to try it. Yeah, I read your posts and I've got mad respect bro. Great testimony of how God helps you. I'm of the belief you couldn't do what you do and keep the attitude you do without the help of him.
