I have been to quite of few of these insect eating stands in Thailand. Some pretty wild stuff. Most of them are fried with garlic, chili, shallots, and lime leaves.

I watched about 15-20 minutes of Taylor's Era tour, just because. Visually it was stunning and she did a really good job. I can see why young girls are so crazy about her. I skipped around but did watch 2 whole country songs and really enjoyed it.

Couldn't sit through the whole thing. A lot of that pop crap I just don't like no matter who it is.

They're really easy to make and once you've had one right out the oven, you'll never buy another one.

How will you prepare it?

I just pulled a 4.54 lb. prime rib out the oven. I need to calibrate my oven cause it overcooked and shouldn't have. It's nice and tender and has great flavor though.

It wouldn't have hurt to moved it down a rack, it didn't cook even as you can see by the top of it.
