Why is it that old man Votto finds a way to play day in and day out (albeit not well early in the season), yet, the others guys cannot?

It was pretty bad. He definitely looked to be breaking up the tag. His comments were worse though he’s trying to be apologetic.

Just kind of smoked his head? You got the short end of the stick on it because you were out? Wtf dude?

Sanmartin pitched 2/3s of the 1st inning. Gave up 6 runs on 6 hits, 2 BBs, a balk, and WP and threw 43 pitches.

This. is. ugly.

India out again. Sanmartin and Lopez back to Louisville. Stephenson due back Tuesday.

I see nothing to tell me they will win more than 6-7 games in May even with Castillo due back mid-month.

No reason to bring India back this season. This season is a disaster, don't risk worsening the injury.

It's time to sit Mr Social Media and see if anyone else can catch a spark or at least bat over .200 and drive in a run or two per week.

Any organization that can field a team that can both, (a) not score runs - 2nd lowest in MLB and (b) allow a constant stream of opposing runs - 1st highest in RA, is worthy of recognition for the depth and breadth of their failure. Fail big or go home!

How are those analytics working out?

I can't even imagine what is being thought and said in the front office now. Probably laying out plans for the sacrifices of scapegoats.
