You have to wonder how true what we heard from "insiders" was in the first place. To my knowledge the kid never publicly said he was leaving to be closer to home, that was just the internal spin we heard. Clearly, the spin wasn't true and now some folks are saying the kid lied. Somebody lied. Not sure it's clear who.
