I never doubted he would get a UDFA offer. Said as much in the Oh, Da'Rick thread. I believe we will see him playing on Sundays next year too.

He could easily make that team. After Johnson, Woods, Goodwin, Graham and Brad Smith, he should be the 6th WR if he can convince them to keep one.

Yep. That's a good spot for him. Especially since he will be dealing with a no nonsense coach.

They're getting a first round talent for dirt cheap. If Rogers can get his head on straight, he's going to have a very long NFL career ahead of him.

Good for him. Hopefully he can prove to some people that they are wrong & work his butt off to get a good contract extension in a couple of years.

He tried turns out there is only so much weed in the state of Tennessee.

:eek:lol: That's just not true. Part of his problem is that Tennessee's as good at growing marijuana as it is making moonshine.

Seriously, we're only behind California in production and we're not even half their size!

This is a case study of why you REALLY should keep your nose clean and mouth shut in college. Having altercations with the staff is like a NASCAR driver crashing his car into the wall during practice laps...cause you got mad at the pit crew. You ain't peeing on their shoes...it's your own. Those coaches will go to bat for you when NFL teams come calling. But give them a hard time and refuse to listen, and they'll put your career on ice. Noboby wants a locker room headache.

If Da'Rick had Justin Hunter's humble attitude, he'd have gone in the 1st Rd easily...and he would have made the Vols a much more dangerous team last year. Enough to overcome even a bad defense.

I hope he surrounds himself with only good people and busts his tail. If so, he will easily be the No.1 WR on that team. If not, he's going to be looking for a regular job like the rest of us schmucks.

We needed a running game to overcome that defense to control the clock, but I agree with all else.
