This kid is unbelievable ... coverage skills, big hitter, ball hawking, all over the field. He's the complete package. I can see why he's one of the top rated corners in the country.

What are the chances we can pull him out of Ark? Man ... would love to get him!

I usually don't deem highschool recruits as overrated b/c I've never seen them play, but what is so awesome about this guy? I have always been skeptical of how a guy with only 40 tackles and 2 interceptions is the #2 in the nation. And in all respect, after watching the video, I am still not convinced. I didn't see any pick/sixes and the opposing teams were definitley not scared to throw to his receiver. Would've been good to see him display some athlethicism on offense as well.

Is he good, yes. But a 5* #2 in nation, no way? Compared to Eric Berry's senior video's/stats, this guy isn't nowhere close. Being the #2 in the nation you would think it would be comparable. Maybe his stats are wrong or he was hurt, I don't know though.
I would still love to have him regardless.

40 tackles at corner is pretty good. Also, if he is as good as advertised than teams probably don't throw his way very much. That might have something to do with the low interceptions.

despite the decommitment, the "insiders" here in Arkansas are certain he's a hog when it's all said and done.

Winston's top three appears to be Clemson, Michigan and Arkansas. Says that he will probably only take visits to Clemson and Michigan.

I wonder how many top prospect DB's are going to suddenly get interested in UT this fall after they see our secondary in action? Seeing DB talent like Berry, Morley, Rogan, and Vinson should have prospective NFL DB's salivating to come show their stuff at UT. How better to be NFL ready than to test yourself against the best players in the country?

Basically he's choosing between Arkansas, Clemson, UT, Michigan and Ole Miss. Announcement is set for either the 4th or 5th of September. He said he already has made his decision and that it was based on the team's need in the future and where he feels he can reach his full potential.

gah.. if he dont choose UT, i just hope he dont go to an SEC school

In that case he will probably head to Clemson. I really had a gut feeling we would land this kid but now I think he will end up at Clemson. Hopefully I am wrong.
