CB Darius Winston decided to stay in homestate ARKANSAS instead of Tennessee because of the UT depth chart.

UT was his #1 choice but dropped UT and decided on Arkansas or Ole Miss. Later chosing the home team. I have no problem with somebody staying instate.

In fact that shows class, and pride of where you come from. I think most players should stay home.
But what does this say about UT secondary depth chart?

Darius Winston by the way is a total beast, and I would even think he might be one of the best corners the last 10 years in college football.

Don't know if anything will come of it, but Winston was contacted by Kiffin last night and scheduling an in home visit. I don't think it will matter this late in the game, but hopefully Kiffin can work some magic. I used to work with his uncle in Arkansas and he just called me and told me.

All I could get out of him is that he is thinking about visiting the campus. Didn't really sound too promising but I guess anything could happen. I think it would take a lot to steal him from Arky at this point.

?! Jackson is on campus...Winston is not. Jackson's dad is a coach being talked about...Winston's is not. Wouldn't you think that would give us a much better chance with Jackson??:crazy:

We were in his top two at one point when he decommited, and I think someone on here said he was looking around. If Winston is, then i do believe we have a shot at him. But what someone said a couple posts up, makes me believe we might have more of a shot to get Jackson then i originally thought.
