1) Everything indicates that Nico Iamaleava came to Tennessee because of NIL.

2) NIL isn't just for recruiting high school players and transfers from other teams. Spyre has been instrumental in keeping Tennessee's attrition low, at a time when it is becoming increasingly common for starters to transfer to other programs .... and for players who aren't projected to be drafted, to declare for the NFL Draft, anyway.
