'24 DC OT Jordan Seaton (Future Portal Entry)

If the owner of On3 says he’s the best OT prospect he has seen in a while, he’s probably a day 1 starter

Didn’t he say he was the best interior lineman he’d seen in a while? Seaton relatively recently moved to tackle. It’s why his recruitment blew up.

Edit: went back and found this. Idk why I thought it was IOL.

In terms of talent/need maybe. This late would be a cherry on top tho of a great OL class. Obviously an amazing cherry. I think Mike is my pick right now tho bc the statement it made of Tennessee going and beating out everyone for a Georgia kid that was the top player on the board
I always love the way the narrative changes.

Not saying you are saying this, but this has been a very common mantra in this thread. Bennet was originally the type of guy we needed, the day 1 starter, future Day 1 pick type of guy. once we had him we would be set at OL. but as soon as he commits to us, he isn't good enough, there is another shiny to distract from what we have. It will give the negas something to cling to if we don't get Seaton.

The narrative you’re claiming never existed. I’d challenge you to find more than one person claiming we’d be set on the line once we got him

How about just stacking and stacking great linemen and being excited about it. You are just being you.

several others talked about him being the biggest need left, and once/if he was on board moving on to other positions.

to be fair Weezer was saying we would need another pretty consistently. but most of the responses were that after Bennet we had bigger holes to fill. There was some other big 6'7 330 kid getting mentioned as an option, but we don't even have a thread on him.

*should have said those numbered posts are in Bennet's thread. probably more in other threads too. we do love to get distracted

He will look good in Orange 🍊 and White. Now starting at Tackle as true freshman if he shows up and is as good OT in years coming out of high school than yes he will start next year. His Athletic gifts for kid his size is off the charts. Come on Jordan East Tennessee is Beautiful place to live and Tennessee Fan base is second to none. In CHRIST Alone

1430 doesn’t fit your narrative. 1127, you have to consider the poster there. And there’s a lot more concern I’m seeing for getting a left tackle than there are claims Warren fixes everything for us.

But I do genuinely respect you actually taking the time.

A massive weekend on Rocky Top is upon us in terms of recruiting. It starts and ends with Jordan Seaton. The Vols have a tremendous opportunity in front of them. Oregon and Ohio State appear to be their biggest competition for Seaton. Having plenty of talent in this weekend and players like Boo Carter will make it a comfortable trip as Seaton will have family with him this time around.

Cuckwitz acting like he won the Grey Cup there on ESPN. They outmatched us in every facet of the game. Schroeder is a beast. Cuckwitz fell backward into those players.

They lucked up in the portal. We can do the same.
