It's a Multiverse film so they could easily film a scene to add at the end writing out the Ezra Miller version of the Flash and replace him with a new actor/version of Barry Allen.

Either they find a way to use cgi to replace Ezra with a new actor or end up trying to promote a movie where the lead actor playing the title character is in no publicity for the movie. Will be crazy if Warner Bros ends up scrapping this $200 million movie. Has to go down as one of the biggest casting fiascos because it is rumored that test screenings of this movie have been extremely well received.
