'20 DC WR Rakim Jarrett (Maryland signee)

LSU has wasted more athletes than any other school because they cant get a quarterback

Yeah, it's really a head-scratcher. With all that WR talent over the years, they should have attracted a number of big-time QBs, especially with the proximity to TX. Maybe it's the focus on the run game with all the RBs that school has produced?

Hell, I think Ryan Perrilloux was the last top QB they signed, and we all know how he turned out.

I think LSU would have ruled the SEC if Saban hadnt came to Alabama. Because Miles had the formula that Saban had. Very good run game and dominating defense.

really never understood this take. lsu was 10-3 last year with top 40 offensive production against one of the hardest schedules in the country. burrow isn't peyton, but he was a game manager and did his job. pretty well, too.

His accuracy ticked up towards the end of the year, but was hanging right around 50% for most of it. I don't think the guy sucked, but I don't think he's great.. If he tightens up his accuracy, he'd slide into "great game manager" territory for me. As it stands, he's "adequate game manager".

the 5-star receiver from Washington D.C., will headline the group, as the nation’s No. 15 overall prospect will make his second trip to Tennessee in a month. As outlined in last week’s War Room, Jarrett was on a barnstorming tour across the South this week, visiting eight SEC schools. He ends his trip at Tennessee. With an appealing depth chart, a budding relationship with Tee Martin and a desire to play in the SEC, the Vols are currently in prime position for Jarrett. Will he visit Ohio State again before deciding?

I actually think he's a lot better than a lot of people give him credit for. I guess I should have clarified my sarcasm. It was more directed at people who thought Burrow WOULD be their Manning, which I did see a lot of my LSU friends implying.
