'20 DC WR Rakim Jarrett (Maryland signee)

A lot of really good WR have backgrounds in Basketball because of the skill transition... start and stop, agility, speed... I kinda look at WR like b ball players. I am also really high on Abrams for that reason... just my 2 cents

Last “big-time” WR we had that was productive and could run past people was Josh Malone and he got roasted on VN for 3 years.

Give us the names of all these “big-time” WRs say, 3-4 years before Malone and the 2 years since Malone.

“Means is looking like one of those guys”??? Since when? He just got on campus in the last week, hasn’t played a snap. He was the 1893rd ranked player nationally in the 2019 class....kinda thinking he needs to show us something first.

Palmer flashes for about 3-4 plays a year and Murphy has done nothing at UT other than that long WR reverse vs Kentucky last year.

Come on man, surely we’ve learned something this last decade of watching UT football.....make em prove it, make em show you they’re any good before declaring them a player....we’ve been burned way too many times.

What? Let me dumb it down a little for ya Butch.....we’ve been told how many times the last 7-8 years about commits/recruits being diamonds in the rough, or great players or sleepers or guys who run 4.3s who really run 4.6s. All I’m saying is let’s see em play and produce before we say a top 2000 nationally rated player is a stud.....fair?

Impresses me as a kid who enjoys attention and trolling. Only real question is if he will stomp on the UT jersey or toss the hat at his announcement ceremony.

@Ron Swanson posted this tidbit from VQ “Two newcomers on offense who have made an early splash are receiver Jerrod Means and tight end Sean Brown. Brown’s athletic ability for his size has quickly caught people’s eyes, as has Means speed.”

So how about you keep up. Apparently the staff is already high on Means. Thanks.
