Blame probably isn't the right word. However, his continual denial of American exceptionalism, his moral relativism and revisionist history, his deferral to world government, his overtures to the world's worst while criticizing our allies all have EARNED him this statement award from Western Europe --- they love that he views America the way they do or at least claims to view America that way.

I have to think that there are some folks associated with or on the committee that aren't happy about this.
