Make no mistake about it. Part of Tobias resurgence is from teams running a 2nd defender at Scotty every time he thinks about hitting the lane. That being said scotty does need to work on 2 things (I Know I amCaptain Obvious) Ball handling and not going in the tank when something bad happens.

If he leaves he will not be playing in the NBA. Overseas maybe. Since Kantner left there is an opening in Turkey.

The main thing Scotty needs to work on is getting his degree!! He will never play in the NBA.

Who are these delusional people who keep talking about Scotty leaving?! Leaving to go where?! He is not an NBA player, they play defense in the NBA and pressure the ball. . .he cannot dribble. Scotty is either back next year, or sitting on a bench somewhere in Europe.

Stupidity. Scotty is projected late in round 1 in most draft sites. I dont think there is anyway he comes back if he is told he will be a first rounder. The thing is if Tobias leaves which looks more than likely who the hell is gonna take heat of Scotty next year. Scotty for the first time in his career used his athletic ability to be a slasher this year that will help his stock. He will never be confused with being a hard worker so what makes you think he wakes up in off season and changes that to become this great player.

Write this down. . .if a team is stupid enough to draft Hopson in the first round, that GM will be gone in a year and Scotty will not be on the team. They play defense in the NBA, and Scotty disappears against average college teams. . .

Yeah ok a GM will be fired for making a bad draft pick in first round that always happens. Dont get what i am saying confused Im not saying Scotty is great but this will be his best chance. If Tobias leaves who the hell will help Scotty next year no one. The guy will be doubled and tripled all year dont see Swiperboy scaring anyone next year.

Looks like another GM opening at Golden State Ekpe Udoh also 3 points a game aslo lottery pick number 6. All the GM's here at VN get your resume ready plenty of openings coming up.

Last but not least should gm for Thunder who had 3 picks in first round last year and traded all 3 be fired for his picks or given GM of the year for making the 3 trades. Bledsoe,Pondexter and Brackins combine to avg 10 a game. I say give him GM of the year for making terrible picks and trading them away to other stupid gms.

Im not saying he deserves to be picked but he will be. He has a ton of potential that he probably want reach.

He needs to not let things affect him as much as he does, needs more mental toughness. Also needs too learn how to dribble a basketball before thinking of going pro. Too many turnovers by Mr Hopson this year.

I understand that Carter my point is he is what 20 21 and has been playing ball all his life and hasnt figured it out. The guy isnt going to change he is lazy and has just used his athletic ability to get by. No way in hell he will learn mental toughness we will suck next year all you will see if he came back would be him sitting on sideline with head down.

Yeah Scotty come on back to a team that want have a 2nd or 3rd scorer next year also who the hell knows who the coach will be.

Well if he goes then Europe can watch him dribble the ball off his knee caps and feet. He'll never make the NBA, his game is lacking a few crucial parts.

Do you even watch the NBA? They don't play a lick of defense in the pro's.
