then you are wealthy in my book.
to be honest, if I was single, no kids, I would consider myself wealthy making about 30k per year as I am alot like you...minus a car.
anyone who makes at least $30,000 per annum, before taxes
what city you live in volatile?
you can bike year round?
I live in Moline, IL now. I can, technically, bike year-round anywhere. Just have to be properly equipped. Right now I don't have much in the way of cold weather gear, so I don't ride everywhere until the start of spring. Going to Iowa will take a bit longer than before, but I really won't need to go over there much anyways.
Awesome. Sounds kinda redneckish.
To me, to be rich means to have enough money to never have to work again and live comfortably. That rules out most people that Obama labels as rich.
Idk, I could save $125k/yr for a few years and then buy a small peice of land somewhere and retire. It's all about how you spend your money. I'd put up a pull barn, fill it with brazing and welding tools, a frame jig, and some other stuff... make my own bicycle frames. Not as a job, but as a hobby that happens to be an income.
Probably the exact opposite of redneck. A redneck bike would probably be one that was originally bought at Walmart with dual suspension that doesn't actually work, all rusted out because it's never been maintained. My bikes are the complete opposite. I have an early 80's Miyata touring bike, all original that I save from Goodwill. A carbon fiber Felt road bike. And an aluminum Rocky Mountain mountain bike handbuilt in Canada and fully assembled by myself. All well maintained and not "jacked up." (No camo anywhere near)
Oh I see, a 1%'r of bikes - elitist!![]()
and no doubt racist as well...
IL needs to raise the state wheel tax on the elitist that own multiple bikes.
