Trump will appeal it right past them too though until it reaches a bench with at least half the folks being sane. The Supreme Court is his only chance. The Dimwits are so crooked it should shame and disgust anyone away from voting for them...just from the 2020 election shenanigans and this " Banana Republic dictator" attempt to jail the opposition leader....but that would require Leftist leeches and filth to actually have shame in the 1st place. To actually have standards and ideals they were not willing to stoop below...its pretty clear by their actions that a sizable portion of them simply do not.

Agreed. This is starting to play out in another quasi Marxist area, the woke ESG investment world. When businesses/corporations/people get tired of underperformance, throwing good money after bad and going down the woke rabbit holes that put these organizations in peril of losing massive amounts of money or no longer existing, things start to change organically. The teachers’ union is in the process of negotiating a new teacher’s contract with the public school system, which calls for an extra $50 billion in funding. The massive increase is being proposed to cover wage hikes as well as other demands. For instance, the money would be used to provide fully paid abortions for its members, new migrant services and facilities and a host of LGBTQ-related requirements and training in schools.

Last year, the total base tax receipts for the state of Illinois was $50.7 billion.

The incredible demands are being made despite its members delivering underwhelming results for its students. Only 21% of the city’s eighth graders are proficient readers, according to the Nation’s Report Card, which provides national results about students’ performance.

Asset management giant BlackRock has leveraged Oklahomans’ pension funds to advance a racial and climate agenda since 2022, according to a report from conservative watchdog group American Accountability Foundation (AAF).

Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) enlists the services of BlackRock, which managed around $4.4 billion of the system’s investments as of June 2023, according to its annual financial report. BlackRock voted 54 times to back shareholder proposals “supporting policies such as racial equity audits, gender pay gap reports, efforts to defund conservative candidates and pro-business trade associations, and radical climate policy,” according to AAF, based on documents it obtained through a public records request. Not mandating transactions. DEI disappears when employers stop hiring based on it. Who or what a company sells to is not at issue IMO. However, hiring practices should be a level playing field particularly in larger companies that do business with government entities.

Chipotle shareholders in June again voted on pay packages that rewarded executives for meeting DEI goals. But this year, there was a change: following efforts to convince companies to drop the practice, Chipotle switched from rewarding leadership for increasing workforce diversity to rewarding them for reducing turnover of existing minority workers. This may sound like a step towards ending discriminatory employment practices, but it’s actually a big step back.

The goal, in Chipotle’s own words, is to “improve the retention rate of our diverse employee workforce relative to those who are non-diverse.” Note the word “relative.” Chipotle doesn’t simply want to keep minorities around longer; it wants to keep them there longer than their non-minority counterparts.
