We, as Tennessee fans need to demand championships out of this program. The support, the money, the facilities, and the tradition are all there for us to win championships.

However, the 7 win bug has bitten this fanbase lately. If we ever want championships we need to demand them.

Is Butch Jones better than what we had? Absolutely, but that in itself doesn't make him Tennessee caliber.

Is Butch Jones championship caliber? I don't know, but if he isn't, he doesn't need to be the coach here.

Just my two cents. I want to win.

Are you willing to be patient for another 3 years as long as you see improvement? Because that is about the best we can hope for and if the fan base cannot accept that, then the current cycle will just continue.

He better show me something in year 1 or 2 that indicates that championships are coming down the pike.

The disturbing thing is that the 4 titles in 6 years talk that Butch is hanging his hat on is total garbage. 3 and 4 way ties in the Big East are worthless. His 2 "titles" at Cincy got him to the Liberty Bowl and the Belk Bowl, whatever the hell that is. If you tie for the East championship in the SEC but don't get the bid to Atlanta, are you still bragging, hanging banners, passing out rings and calling yourselves "champions"? That's basically what Butch's doing.

He's got 4 championships in his 6 years of being a HC. All he talked about in his presser was championships. I'm good with CBJ and his swag backed by a proven track record. OP ...is your question answered or do you ride the short bus?

Butch Jones has never won championships at this level of football. We will see if he can or not. I believe I answered my own question by saying something to the effect of "I don't know" and "we will see", but I damn sure expect championships from him, and if he can't cut the cheese, then gtfo.

2009 12-0 ranked 4th in the BCS...with 3 star players. You..ranked bottom fan in the SEC and top Negavol of which Volnation would like to pee on and be done with. Support our coach or GTFO.

It seems like to me, some of our fanbase is just happy to play in close games and come out with the moral W. Maybe there aren't as many as I think, but those that do think like that are my main addressees with this post.

Neither Saban or Miles coached in the SEC or won at SEC level before they got here so your argument is stupid. Turn in your Orange loser.
