Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) kept up to $100,000 in rental income during the coronavirus pandemic despite calling on Congress to cancel rent, according to her most recent financial disclosures.

Tlaib’s financial disclosure report, released Thursday, showed she received anywhere from $15,001 to $50,000 in rental income in 2021, Fox News reported. Tlaib received this rental income from a Detroit property she owns.

However, while the Michigan congresswoman was collecting a steady flow of rent checks, she was at the forefront of a progressive movement in Congress to cancel rent and mortgage payments during the pandemic.

I have no problem if politicians victimize their own constituents because that's who those people voted for. It happens all over the place and it is almost always done by Democrats that get elected because they're not white.

My problem really arises when they start using the whole US as the moneypot. Now we've got to suffer because a bunch of rubes up in Michigan elected this criminal to office.

I wish far left liberal areas would elect more far left loony loud mouths like Tlaib and AOC. It makes the democrats look even more foolish to independent voters which hurts their parties chances in elections overall.
